【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamethodfortheultrasonictestingofuncoatedflatsteelproductforinternaldiscontinuities.Itisapplicabletoflatproductinnominalthicknessrangeof6mmto200mmofnon-alloyedoralloyedsteel,excludingausteniticoraustenoferriticsteels.However,thisstandardmaybeappliedtothelattertypesofsteelsprovidedthatthedifferencebetweentheamplitudeofthenoisesignalandthatoftheechodetectionthresholdissufficientforthelimitfixed.Thisstandardalsodefinesfourqualityclassesfortheflatproductbody(classesS0,S1,S2andS3)and5classes(E0,E1,E2,E3,E4)fortheedgesinaccordancewiththecriteriaspecifiedinclause9.Othermethodsoftesting(e.g.bytransmission)orothertestequipmentmaybeusedatthemanufacturer'sdiscretionprovidedthattheygiveidenticalresultstothoseobtainedundertheconditionsofthisstandard.Intheeventofadispute,onlythemethoddefinedinthisstandardshallprevail.Testingofflatproductofthicknesslessthan6mmmaybethesubjectofspecialagreementsbetweenthepartiesconcerned.Theinspectionisnormallycarriedoutintheplaceofproductionoronthepremisesofthesupplier.Ifspecifiedontheorder,theinspectionmaytakeplaceinthepresenceofthepurchaserorhisrepresentative.AlistofequivalenttermsinseveralEuropeanlanguagesisgiveninannexA.note:1)Inthiscase,allstepsshouldbetakentoensurethattheproductionprocessisnotdisturbed.
