【摘要】:Inthetesttodeterminethetensileadhesivestrengthofthermallysprayeddeposits,thespecimenisloadedintension.Thetestisconductedtodeterminethestrengthofthecoatingand/orthestrengthofthebondbetweenthespraydepositandtheparentmetal.Thetestisusedtoevaluatetheeffectsofparentmetalandspraymaterial,preparationofthesurfaceoftheworkpiece,andthesprayingconditionsonthebondandadhesivestrengthofthermallysprayedcoatings,orforroutinesupervisionofthesprayworks.Comparativestatementsaretobebasedinthetestreport.NOTEThetensileadhesivetestmethodisnotrecommendedforverythinandporousdepsoits.Inthiscase,abendtesthasprovedtobemoreappropriate.
