【摘要】:Thistestmethodisintendedforrefereepurposes,butmaybeusedforqualitycontrol,researchanddevelopmenttestingandcomparisonofdifferentrubbersamplesinastandardformula.Thistestmethodmayalsobeusedtoobtainvaluesforcustomeracceptanceofrubber.ThistestmethodisarevisionofTestMethodsD3190(priorto1991),with3-methylthiazolidinethione-2beingsubstitutedforethylenethiourea(ETU),asuspectedcarcinogen.1.1Thistestmethodcoversthestandardmaterials,testformulas,mixingproceduresandtestmethodsforevaluationandqualitycontroltestingofchloroprenerubbers(CR).CRcanbegenerallyclassifiedaccordingtothetwotypesofpolymerizationmodifiersusedintheirmanufacture:sulfurmodifiedtypesandmercaptanmodifiedtypes.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSI-unitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesinparenthesesareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
