【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthepreventiveactionofawoodpreservativeagainsteggsofHylotrupesbajulus(Linnaeus)whenthepreservativeisappliedasasurfacetreatmenttowood.Thismethodisapplicableto:-water-insolublechemicalswhicharebeingstudiedasactiveinsecticides;-organicformulations,assuppliedoraspreparedinthelaboratorybydilutionofconcentrates;-organicwater-dispersibleformulationsassuppliedoraspreparedinthelaboratorybydilutionofconcentrates;or-water-solublematerials,forexamplesalts.Themethodisapplicablewhetherornotthetestspecimenshavebeensubjectedtoappropriateageingprocedures.
