【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoinductivecomponents(chokesandtransformers)basedonmagneticallysoftmaterials.Theseareespeciallycomponentsbasedonlaminatedironsheets,ironpowdermaterials(includingalloys),aswellasferritesandamorphousorcrystallinemetalbandcores.Windingassembliesmeanswirewindingassembliesaswellasmultilayerandstackingtechnologiesofplanartechnologyincludingthecoilbasedonnon-magneticmaterials.Discretetypecomponentsandthedifferenttypesofsurface-mountableinductivecomponents(SMD)arealsoconsideredinthisstandard.Thereliabilityofassembliesofinductivecomponentsbasedonseveraltechnologiessuchasgluedtypes,typeswithclamps(clips),impregnated(varnished)typesaswellas(vacuum)pottedtypescanalsobecheckedwiththisstandard.Thesubsequentdeterminationscanbeappliedeitherfortheprimaryqualificationofinductivecomponentsorforallwaysofrequalificationexaminations(design,process,changeofproductionfacility).Theycanalsobeappliedforthemonitoringofproductsoutofactualmanufacturingprocesses.Thisstandardsetsupabroadbasisofelectricandmechanicalcriteriaoffailuretestprocedures.Ifmanufacturersadvertisecompliancewiththisstandardintheirdatasheets,customersmayrequestdatatodemonstratecompliancetothisstandard.Thecustomersmayalsorequesttheproducttobeincompliancetothisstandardbyarecognisednationalinstitute.Customersandmanufacturersmayelecttoperformadditionaltestingandacceptancecriteriadifferentthanthosedefinedinthisstandard.
