【摘要】:Therearenumeroussituationsforwhichoutdoorsoundleveldataarerequired.Theseinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:Documentationofsoundlevelsbeforetheintroductionofanewsoundsource(forexample,assessmentoftheimpactduetoaproposeduse).Comparisonofsoundlevelswithandwithoutaspecificsource(forexample,assessmentoftheimpactofanexistingsource).Comparisonofsoundlevelswithcriteriaorregulatorylimits(forexample,indicationofexceedenceofcriteriaornon-compliancewithlaws).Thisguideprovidesameansforselectingmeasurementlocations,operatingasoundlevelmeter,documentingtheconditionsunderwhichthemeasurementswereperformed,andrecordingtheresults.Thisguideprovidestheuserwithinformationto(1)makeanddocumentthesoundlevelmeasurementsnecessarytoquantifyrelativelysteadyorslowlyvaryingoutdoorsoundlevelsoveraspecifictimeperiodandatspecificplacesand(2)makeanddocumentthephysicalobservationsnecessarytoqualifythemeasurements.Theuseriscautionedthattherearemanynonacousticalfactorsthatcanstronglyinfluencethemeasurementofoutdoorsoundlevelsandthatthisguideisnotintendedtosupplanttheexperienceandjudgmentofexpertsinthefieldofacoustics.Theguideisnotapplicablewhenmoresophisticatedmeasurementmethodsorequipmentarespecified.Thisguide,dependingasitdoesonsimplifiedmanualdataacquisition,isnecessarilymoreappropriateforthesimplertypesofenvironmentalnoisesituations.Asthenumberofsourcesandtherangeofsoundlevelsincrease,themorelikelyexperiencedspecialistswithsophisticatedinstrumentsareneeded.Thisguidecanbeusedbyindividuals,regulatoryagencies,orothersasameasurementmethodtocollectacousticaldataformanycommonsituations.Criteriaforevaluatingoranalyzingthedataobtainedarebeyondthescopeofthisguide.Notethatthisguideisonlyameasurementprocedureand,assuch,doesnotaddressthemethodsofcomparisonoftheacquireddatawiththespecificcriteria.Noproceduresareprovidedforestimatingorseparatingtheinfluencesoftwoormoresimultaneouslymeasuredsounds.Thisguidecanbeusefulinestablishingcompliancewhenthemeasureddataarebelowaspecifiedlimit.Paragraph8.2.1outlinesaprocedurethatcanbeusedforasurveyofthesiteboundary;paragraph8.2.2forasurveyofspecifiedmonitoringpoints;andparagraph8.2.3fordeterminingthelocationandmagnitudeofmaximumsoundlevel.1.1ThisguidecoversthemeasurementofA-weightedsoundlevelsoutdoorsatspecifiedlocationsoralongparticularsiteboundaries,usingageneralpurposesound-levelmeter.1.2Threedistincttypesofmeasurementsurveysaredescribed:1.2.1Surveyaroundasiteboundary,1.2.2Surveyataspecifiedlocation,1.2.3Surveytofindthemaximumsoundlevelataspecifieddistancefromasource.1.3Thedataobtainedusingthisguidearepresentedintheformofeithertime-averagesoundlevels(abbreviationTAVandsymbolLAT,alsoknownasequivalentsoundlevelorequivalentcontinuoussoundlevelabbreviatedLEQandwithsymbolLAeqT)orA-weightedpercentilelevels(symbolLX).1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationsp......
